✨ Ginger & Mint Refresher

A Soul-Soothing Sip Inspired by Bali

Bali is more than just a destination—it’s a feeling. The moment you arrive, there’s an energy shift. The pace softens, the air feels lighter, and your body instinctively begins to rest, release, and receive. It's a place where healing begins effortlessly.

For the past two years, I’ve been honored to attend Goddess Retreats, a women-centered wellness sanctuary nestled in Bali’s lush embrace. One of my favorite moments is being welcomed with a chilled glass of their signature Ginger & Mint Refresher—a vibrant, revitalizing drink that feels like an exhale after a long journey.

Now, I’m sharing this simple, grounding recipe with you so you can bring a bit of Bali’s magic into your home.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

🍃 Ingredients (Makes 4 Cups):

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
     

  • 2 knobs of ginger (add more if you love a bold, spicy kick)
     

  • 1 generous handful of fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)
     

  • 2 cups of water
     

  • Organic raw honey to taste
     

  • Lime wheels for serving

 

🧘🏽‍♀️ Preparation:

  1. Combine lime juice, sliced ginger, mint leaves, and water in a saucepan.
     

  2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then let it simmer for 15 minutes.
     

  3. Remove from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
     

  4. Strain the mixture and stir in raw honey to your preferred sweetness.
     

  5. Pour into a jug over ice, and garnish with fresh mint and a lime wheel.

 

Sip slowly, breathe deeply, and let this elixir refresh your spirit—just like Bali does.
